Hazlehurst Studios is at a very exciting stage of redevelopment and we held our official opening of 71 High Street on the 9th June - Official Opening of 71 High Street and you can read more about the process of acquiring 71 High Street here.

We are now in the position to advertise the new spaces we have available across our two buildings - 73a and 71 High Street, please note that these buildings are attached and all studio spaces are accessed via stairs.

Sharing Spaces:

This means will be sharing with an artist that is already in residence at Hazlehurst Studios and will affect who we feel is a suitable fit for those artists (what medium you work in).

Space 1: This space is a sharing space, separated by a low partition wall (and also bookcases which belong to the artist you would be sharing with) and is situated within 73a High Street.

Size: 10.34 m2 (metre squared)

Price: £124.50 per month

Space 2: This space is a sharing space and is situated within 73a High Street.

Size: 6.48m2 (metre squared)

Price: £78 per month

Solo Spaces:

Our current solo spaces, are also the largest spaces we currently have available and although we could split them into sharing spaces, we wanted the opportunity to offer larger spaces to artists that need more space to develop their practice further.

Space 3: This space is situated within 73a High Street

Size: 16.77m2 (metre squared)

Price: £202 per month

Space 4: This space is situated within 71 High Street

Size: 22.2m2 (metre squared)

Price: £267 per month

Deadline: The deadline to be considered for a studio space is midnight Sunday 16th July - we will be going over the applications on Tuesday 18th July, if you want to see the current available spaces, please get in touch via email.
